Cool it man! I mean it!

That’s right… let it cool dude! I’m talking about your tea. A recent study showed that drinking steaming hot tea increases your risk of esophageal cancer.

According to an article in prevention magazine, people who drink their tea really hot have a 5 times greater risk of esophageal cancer. Oh, yeah. and the article also said that adding lemon to tea increases the uptake of antioxidants. Don’t add milk though, because it reduces the benefits of tea. So add the lemon juice, skip the moo juice, and let it cool for 4 minutes to increase the benefits and reduce the risks of drinking tea.
